I read QF as queef, so maybe not that… or maybe that.
Another lingering question. If say my goal is to look good naked and get comfortable with squatting, which squat should I pick to work on?
Might be getting a job offer next week
My ridiculously eclectic work experience was actually what made them salivate.
4 weeks PTO, bitches!
Hope the offer is what I want.
Did I mention I’m going up to Oregon in a few hours to stay in this badass house (mansion?) with a group of 10?

Anyone so long as you go DEEP…as in BALLS DEEP, baby girl. And keep increasing weight every week.
I love split squats for glutes and also GHRs, though my hams cramp up quickly with those.

I’m a writer. I’ll be an instructional designer, basically: I will design courses for various products (online labs, interactive quizzes, curriculums taught by instructors) and troubleshoot these courses by auditing classes taught using the material. It’s a very involved process and the team is awesome AND I get to work from home.

To go balls deep and still keep my heels down I have to have a ridiculously wide stance. I don’t know if its a skeletal impingement issue or just a flexibility issue yet. I need to figure out if ridiculously wide is even a bad thing first I guess. Also, that’s like hammies and calf touch deep. Is that even needed. Look at Frenchies ass, and she goes what top of quad parallel/ slightly lower? Maybe I should just try OH? If I can do that one all the rest will fall in place?
WHY isn’t there just one right answer ?!?

Do you know anything about D2L? We’re switching to it in the fall and I’m supposed to figure it out before then.

Back squat full ATG
I say back because you will be able to go heaviest with this over time… and ATG or it doesn’t count.
Asstastic!

THIS.
Morning TK.
I was in my garage on a ladder.
I fell off the ladder.
I grabbed the truss I was closest to, but not quickly enough.
Landed on squarely on my back
Everything went “crack!”
Now I feel surprisingly limber… Bet I’ll be sore as a motherfucker tomorrow.

I think you posted this in the wrong thread. Didn’t you mean for it to go here Old People Sayings - Off Topic - Forums - T Nation ?
Glad you’re still whole.

Work on flexibilty. best thing you could do is vid if you want help. As for depth, I need to slightly break parrallel to compete in PL and that is my end goal. I don’t always get it but I do on the lighter weights.
cable pull throughs and bar humps will help on ass development also.
front squats and overhead are also great. No right/wrong answer here.
