I did not play at your level Max, but I was a right guard and defensive lineman all through high school football. My 10 year reunion which was now 10 years ago I was weighing like a strong safety at 190, that was a lot of fun.

Now I am trying to get down from 240 to a more healthy 215 so I can run, walk up stairs without getting short of breath.

It sucks that our bodies adapt quicker to eating like shit as opposed to eating healthy is a fucking daily battle.

Man you and my wife would really get along, she is with the local SPCA. We have fostered animals many times. We have three cats and two dogs. At one point we had 7 cats, I feared she was turning into the cat lady.
