It’s been a nagging problem for a while. I just finally decided to go to a chiropractor and see what they can do. Unrelated to any other surgeries, AFAIK.

I’d start to get to work on some serious rotator cuff and upper back work, sounds like you’ve been ignoring the signs of a worsening impingement, it’s not something that just goes away with a little extra rest.
