I’m not supposed to work out because of sweating…lithium is salt and it sweats out…and with all the water I drink lilutes it even futher
Oh then there are reactions to supps and dieting

If you are on Lithium you need to really watch your hydration level, yes you can work out. You will just have to drink more water than normal. Sounds like you can just do PL workouts. No more cardio.
Actually just make sure and keep up with your Doc to monitor levels, is it Psych or Primary Dr?
Its a psychiatrist.
And id rather go batshit crazy then ever consider powerlifting.
just curious, why the rush??
Our first kiddo was an unexpected, unplanned surprise.
Granted we were already married, etc, but we were planning on waiting a few years. To be TOGETHER as a married couple without a poopy, drooling baby between us

Thanks! And yeah, we’ll take it at our own pace, and if it’s apparent that throwing a baby into the mix will not go swimmingly, we’ll hold off a bit.
I wouldn’t worry about it too much, if your family is anything like mine as soon as you have a baby you’ll be fighting just to get some time with your own baby because every one else wants to hold/play/baby sit the baby.

Got my cast off. My hand is tight but im not really sure if its going to heal completely in a week. Doctor said its normal and for me to come back next Monday if I dont feel like its good by then. He said he’ll give me a shot and hes really conservative when its comes to the surgery option. Im just happy I had that damn thing off. I can actually type now.

What about PT/rehab for the wrist and hand? Have you asked your doc about that?

No problem it will help for sure. I would tell you some things to do but I would rather you get focused PT for your specific injury. Good luck.

Its just a preference thing. I never got into the whole powerlifting culture…the parts I did see reminded me too much of wrestling
Plus the way I grow it seems BB is the way for me…
Heres something that I never really understood with other guys that lifted weights;they INSIST on wearing baggy jeans. Now im not the kind of guy to advocate wearing skinny jeans and nut huggers but we’re all working hard squatting and building larger quads and calves,so why is it not cool to show off?

I wear baggy jeans, I personally do not like tight fitting close period. I also do not like my nuts in my throat.

I’ve found the bigger a dude is the more he covers up. For me, I wear baggy clothes all the time…you can’t hide how big you are even if you wear hoodies…
