I had 3 tears on my tendons along the wrist. He told me that he wanted me to be in a cast for 4 weeks to see if it heals by itself and to avoid surgery. I wouldnt even care about surgery at this point,I just want my wrist to be better.
Your wrist will probably smell, be pale as hell, and be half the size of the other wrist. It will heal, you will figure it out.

I think I fucked myself royally. I took a nap (it ended up being a 3 hour nap) and am now wide awake. I had a steak with sauteed mushrooms and swiss chard, now wired as hell.
