My estrogen levels are probably high right now. I did swallow a lot of your wife last night…and this morning.

I unsubscribed from threads and 504 went away. There’s a whole thread about it in the technical forum.

I’m not subscribed to any threads…maybe I should just unsubscribe from the site
cleared cookies, restarted firefox again (third time), how can I find out if I am subscribed to any threads? I don’t get any emails anymore about new posts, I checked my hub, nada

Not questions I can answer. I suggest asking mods here http://tnation.T-Nation.com/free_online_forum/sports_body_training_performance_bodybuilding_support
It’s not my laptop because it happens to mater which computer I use. Even my cell phone times out. I re-flash the software on my phone almost weekly, which totally wipes all the data. So, could it be my account?

just click “no” on the automatically sucribe me to threads option…its in your “edit prfile”
that should do it…but that probably isnt the issue. i never subscribe and i get that 504 too on occasion. might be your connection. i got it when I used wireless
I’ve already put in too much effort; screw it, if it keeps happening, I’m done.

woops, missed it last time. Since clearing cookies it’s been a lil better, but it’s still slow as hell.

If I want to do the whole weighted walks thing, can I just stick a KB in a back pack? Do I need to worry about weight distribution if I’m just walking?

Probably not until we get a bigger place (if you want to contribute to a down payment on a house/condo?). We just renewed the lease here.
I first tried weighted walks when I was like 16 by throwing plates in my backpack. Didn’t really like it, my back would be really sore in a bad way. I did farmers walks yesterday, grabbed 80lb dumbells and walked until I dropped one or both. I like farmers walks.
Once my grip gets to the point when I can barely make it 20 feet before dropping them, I bust out the wrist straps and focus more on keeping the shoulders back and down; or I pick up the pace to walgg (fast walk, slow jog).
