LOL…No. I was watching Anderson Cooper last night and reading his live chat. It seemed like every other post was asking how we could possibly bomb Libya without a declaration of war from Congress which was followed by the answer to that question. Like 45 minutes into the live chat someone asked AGAIN how we could bomb Libya without a declaration of war blah blah blah. I responded with “Scroll up! All your questions have been answered in previous posts.”
