What’s this all about? Are you designing a ring or something?

Sup TK?

Yes, a gift. A combination of mine and my girl’s eye colors.
Umm no one has black eyes though.

You’re stuck looking for dark topaz dude.

Mine are close. Or it seems they are sometimes because of the way shadows fall on my face…and my facial expressions.

That and we have a lot of dances which wind up with four types of dances:

Wow.

You, sir, come from a totally different world than I… It’s awesome.

What do you think of guys your age that drink, screw, and do “typical” kid stuff that most people your age, do? Honestly.

Evening, Main!
Honestly, if that’s the life they choose to live, it’s whatever. I get kind of sad when I have friends whose facebook updates seem to revolve around what sort of alcohol they’re consuming. Otherwise, it’s their lives. I just try and have as much ridiculous fun with my life as possible (and I do) and I’ve had a few friends approach me and ask me what it was I did that made me so different. The answer is I just have as much fun as possible, without alcohol. Or screwing girls. Or do drugs. If they need that to have fun, well, I feel kinda bad for them, but I don’t. I don’t think anyone does really, but if you do, I’m not going to get all pissy unless it starts to interfere with my life or puts anyone in serious danger.
I admire this guy. It is obvious he is comfortable in his own skin. I think that’s what causes most kids to drink and carry on. Just trying to find their way and fit in (whatever it means). He is smart, centered, and happy. What more could you ask for?

People get tired of it and usually move on, hopefully… At least I did, anyway. I had a hell of a lot of fun while I did it, though:)

You have to have fun either way, kid… at any age.

This sounds like a terrible above the influence ad.

I didn’t mean it was always a bad thing- I just don’t do it myself. If you need to drink or like to drink, more power to you.

I don’t think anyone is saying drinking is bad. Just a choice. Byu I read your training thing but it was almost as complicated as the article so I need to print it out and study it  I was crazy busy at work (another trial starts tomorrow) so I didn’t have time today.

You came off very condescending in that post and the one before it. You not drinking, doing drugs, and/or screwing women doesn’t make you better than anyone else. Just because your friends behave a certain way when they’re under the influence doesn’t mean other people will behave the same.

Let it go, homie. lol

byukid is my good twin.

I think Soulja just isn’t familiar with byu. I didn’t think he was condescending at all.

When I was your age, I would have felt the same way. Word for word.

Now that I’m older, I don’t see it as condescending.

I’m not telling you want to think or how to feel, but I would bet my house your perspective will change.

@Deb: Sorry! I tried to make it easy to understand. I know, it’s not very clear, but I think it helped me to just visualize the workout first- you kinda have to ignore the videos when it comes to the actual workout because the videos are basically to demonstrate the initial ramping and then the wave loading particulars. If you want more info, just pm me again and i’ll try and re-frame it and see if I can’t help you understand it.

@ Ct. Rockula I’ve always wanted a twin. I found my shoe twin at BYU a few years back- we had the exact same shoes on, and we tied out laces the same (i have a very distinctive lacing style with these shoes- I tie them so you only ever have to slip them on and off) and the fact that we both noticed and spent a good twenty minutes talking about shoes was one of the most surreal moments of my entire life. I always kept a lookout for that kid but never saw him again.

Shoes, huh? That’s…um…ROFLMAO

Lol, you make it seem like I’m teenager or something, I’ll be 25 in a couple days.

He just came off as “holier than thou” to me. Maybe I’m jaded but “clean” fun isn’t automatically better than “dirty” fun.

And I’m not saying it is, I’m just saying I don’t have dirty fun. It’s when that part consumes their lives that bugs me. I have other friends who I’m sure drink in moderation and possibly use other recreational drugs, and while I don’t use them myself nor encourage their use, I’m still their friend and wouldn’t look down on them for that. I just don’t use/need them. I can’t say whether they need them or just enjoying using them, so I don’t really care unless it becomes obvious that they’re addicts and have problems.

Sorry if I came off condescending- I really don’t think myself above anyone. I’m just byukid, having a fun time.

No, byukid.

“WE” are byukid.
