Ever Feel Like a Thread Killer? 32

I always liked the breaks my school had. It was like “hey,” let’s run from January to November…we can break in November".We would say “No Sleep Til November”…like that Beatie Boys song "No Sleep Til Brooklyn.

I guess you have a forced deload, huh Chim. Hallowed, in Seattle you just assume it’ll rain each and every day and plan accordingly. Different in sunny CA I suppose. Hopefully it won’t be too painful for you.

Fuck you in the heart, Chris. I type by candlelight and miss keys sometimes.

oh maw gawhd.

torrential freaking monsoon just dumping buckets for the three hours it took. Four pickups one trip… oh and I now know who my only real four friends are in this world! Wow.

Back at the old place for a last round of pickup. I’ll come do final cleaning Tuesday took day off work. I’m leaving Pandabear here for a few more hours gonna come get her after I get her new place set up. Duuuuuuude… what a relief! Now just about two weeks of unpacking and settling in and I should be good to go.

Someone come set up my cable tv please?

Was still packing this morning so didn’t do legs. Maybe later… maybe tomorrow…

BLARGH!

I’ll set up your cable TV for ya, for a sammich!

Training twice a day I feel like I’m always showering.

pch… at least you’re clean? I’m watching 13 Going On 30 so am about a day behind your Jennifer Garner marathon. I saw Love and Other Drugs last night. If I’d known it was about Parkinson’s Disease, I prolly wouldn’t have gone. Bawled my eyes out.

Tonight, is date night. I love date night. I also baked low-fat banana bread today. I swear this boy is domesticating me…

Wait…what?

yay deadlift day- deadlifts, kroc rows and dragging a sled.

hit 405 for a double, 95 lbs rows x20, drug sled about twenty yards back and forth four times.

calluses, why do you even bother?

work was good- got off early. Didn’t get to go to my sister’s bday dinner though. Sad day. I give my return talk tomorrow in church. Should go well.

405, nice! Love sled work. Sorry you didn’t get to the sister’s birthday dinner. Maybe you can make a special meal with her, just the 2 of you?

Probably not- she drives out tomorrow. Oh well. Now my back and forearms want to kill me though. Glad I got to spend time with her though. Now I’m running into trouble from my mom in terms of wedding plans. Not big things- just little issues, so no big deal.

Monday should be fun- I hope they get the new article out quickly so I can work on pressing. I just bought wrist wraps, liquid chalk, and some heavy bands from efs, so I can’t wait to put those into practice as well.

Uh oh wedding plan stuff. Just try to remember that everyone else finds the smallest issues to be hugely important and try not to stress out about it. Are you talking about the Thibs article? I want to get some chalk. I have bands. I do not lift heavy enough to use wraps…yet!

Hahaha, yeah… my mom’s biggest issue is just meeting families first, then her surprise at Marianne’s wanting to have it in Houston and not Missouri (my family is mostly here, her family is mostly there).

I’m talking about the Thibs article yeah. I got liquid chalk- excited for that. You’ll get to the wraps soon enough Deb. I just was sick of tearing up my wrists on push presses and bench pressing.

Cereal?!?!?

OH and I forgot, I also bought fat gripz- i’m way excited for those, actually even more than the liquid chalk, bands and wraps.

Fat gripz are awesome. I totally want them. Let me know if you love them. My wrists do hurt on occasion on overhead presses but I just keep adjusting the alignment of my wrists. I guess if I want to go heavy enough the straps will be a necessity.
