I’m no expert and probably trying to cast a favorable light on my Roman compatriots.

Have I mentioned that fake packing sucks? I’m getting to the midnight sucky fake packing portion of the move.
Well, if you want to cast a favorable light, it wasn’t the Romans that called for his death, and Pontius Pilate found Jesus innocent and seemed to be shocked they’d call for an innocent man’s death instead of a mass murder. Oh and the greatest Church in the world is Roman in nature.
As is the greatest nose
<-------
Yes you have a cute nose. Nothing like Roman facial features to make the girlies fall in love.

Hmm…“greatest church”, huh? Interesting. Hallowed, you are much more than just your nose.

When women can be ordained we shall have Holy Roman Cleavage.

Yeah…sorry to break it to you sweetie, women will never be ordained in the Roman Catholic Church. Although, I will admit that wimmenz make better people persons then men do, still not going to happen.

But, Holy meaning set a side, we can still have holy Roman Cleavage.

pictures yes, conversation? not so much.

Birthday supper for the hubby at my bro’s house tonight including french onion soup, spicey shrimp and braised lamb shoulder capped of with port and hand made chocolates. we don’t really “gift” eachother but we cook up a feast worth the celebration.

Also finally got my black screen so I might try a few things on sunday. If anything is worth posting I’ll share them.

I’m lazy, anyone have a complex that isn’t going to required any ankle flexibility or too much jumping? I feel like doing something slightly pukey.

Hang clean, military press, powesnatch?

Maybe add in stiff legged deads or something depending on how your ankles are doing.

Morning all!

This has probably been the most productive week of my life, I’ve written 80 pages worth of final projects. 20 more and I’m done for the semester.

Good for you for making such good use of your time Chim! Off for groceries, gym, etc etc.

Lucky you with your open gym!

How’s your new split going Deb?

So much for groceries. Fricking 5K blocking downtown streets. Yeah Chim they were even open on Thanksgiving until 1 so I took advantage of that. The split is going pretty well Chim. I read this article Thibs wrote about being really explosive using sets of 3 and being noneccentric and am going to work that into my deads and squats. I’ll leave in about 1/2 hour to walk down to Pike Place Market for my fruits and veggies and get some seafood on the water.

I guess normal people check the rain forecast before they schedule moving day

.

^good one

Silly 5Kers, don’t they know running is a sin?

Man, I hate my school gym sometimes, they closed on Wednesday and won’t open till Monday.

The explosive reps and ramping stuff is pretty nifty, good luck incorporating that into your training!
