Man, apparently someone takes it as a badge of honor that he started the original rapid fat loss diet thread. This is like the 30th time he’s mentioned it.
Argggg, he is soooo irritating! Howdy Chimy. Happy Birthday BC. Deb, I’d love to know what kind of training you do to achieve the awesome ass/hammies. I’ve only done body weight squats in the same week as weighted. Interesting idea.
Heya Deb!

Yes he is kinda irritating, I was going to ask him why he kept repeating that but he seems so proud about it that I would feel bad pointing it out to him.

Hiya Deb,

I’ve read that squatting without a belt recruits the rectus and transverse abs over the obliques. Using a belt recruits the obliques over the other two making your waist wider.

Krill Oil, what are your thoughts?

He also brings up his “normal guy physique and/or training” in every thread…including SAMA. He’s also taken to responding to EVERY post in a thread. There will be 6 replies in a row from the guy. He must be an expert on EVERYthing. The “I, the creator…” comment was awesome haha

I have always thought it was better than fish oil though WAY expensive. When I started with my coach though he said don’t bother paying for Krill oil stick with fish oil. Which I’m doing. I’ve got an article somewhere on the krill oil I’ll dig it up and post it (might not be til tomorrow though).

I’m headed up to the city today…
Today is my off day.

Got training a.m. and intervals p.m. tomorrow WOW big Monday.

Yeah, and don’t do it again

Thanks guys!

I’ve been squatting 3-4 times a week for a long time already so Smolov isn’t that different for me, frequency wise, expect I don’t push the weight up that aggressively and I go for much higher reps. I’m on the last day of the 2nd week of the base cycle and so far so good. I thought I’d give it a try because I’m getting a little bit bored.

Deb, :)))

I think the rack pulls and frequent squats have been a definite plus for development but I also do a lot of running which is some jogging but much of it is sprinting or near sprinting and I think that’s a big help with the hamstrings too. I like the c&j a lot too and do them often, which I guess is also more squats!

I really concentrate on form and muscle activation when doing the lifts rather than pushing for higher numbers. When I’m finding it hard I say to myself “use your ass!!! use your ass!!” I do that running and squatting.

Bass, that is really good to know! I will see if I can find more on that.

Speaking of your buddy…

I’ve never understood why people hang around at online forums where they can’t stand the rest of the forum. It seems every forum I’ve ever participated has had at least one of these. Usually there is a greater common interest for the whole forum and a few factions that fight but there is always one or two posters who just don’t seem to have any common ground with anyone in the forum and the spend an inordinate amount of time thread shitting. I wonder what these folks did before the advent of forums.

Man you are killing the “articulate” thing the last few days. Pretty much putting my mind into type for me…

Also, I too wonder how the inability to function socially online translates into real life… I’m sure it’s equally awful.
