Well, now it is my belated birthday, but when you posted (unless it was after midnight my time) it was my birthday. November 6th, remember it, cherish it.

10yr old female Greenie. had her since she was born. kinda like family now.
I love pets, even though the love between family is unconditional, at least your pets will show it almost all the time…unless you don’t feed them…then they are assholes. I had a cat once, but of course my mom had it adopted by another family. Nice kitty.

Gotcha. Ours is just a little over a 1 year old. She had three owners in 10 months, none of which gave her basic shots or anything. Her previous owners got her when she was infested with fleas and earmites. They had to bathe her almost every day, I think. We’re her fourth and final home. :)
Awesome…because cats need love too…I’m not sure what I’m saying, because I’ve only loved one cat in my life.

SOWWY!

I feel like a thousand pounds just laid on my shoulders…does that mean…nope just tired. I like the pig…my grammar school crush had a pop belly pig, I fed it in the first grade and I “dated” her and her best friend after that…such a playa. Both broke up with me on the same day…what a bitch my life is.

Brother Chris, happy birthday! Have fun with a full night of 21!
Feel better after getting 10+ hours of sleep today. Of course, that probably screwed up my body clock and I won’t be able to sleep tonight, but I feel good for now.
Grilled some bovine today. The weather is insanely nice. Life is good.
Pic unrelated, it just makes me smile.
No female dogs allowed to pee, that is sexist. thank you for the birthday salutation.
Okay, so I got through all my replies, and now drink list:
Tall glass of Guinness.
Two Washington apples.
Boiler Maker, for my boy St.George
Long Island Ice Tea.
Irish Car Bomb…sans pretty Irish girl this time.
San Felipe’s margarita (read: 90 percent tequila, 10 percent waste of pint that involved something to make it taste better but my taste buds would say that a side walk tasted good, and a shark that I’ll post later. I forgot the glow stick fishies that were in the bottom of the glass, sad).
Half a 8 oz highball glass with anon liquor in it, shared it with a friend of mine from the local parish.
Jagerbomb with a friend from my parish
Another quarter of anon liquor from glass with other friend.
Pack of cigarettes
Half can of Cope Wintergreen Long cut (I do not dip regularly, but considered the occasion I figured what the fuck).

I knew you wouldn’t read it until much later, I planned ahead
Man, apparently someone takes it as a badge of honor that he started the original rapid fat loss diet thread. This is like the 30th time he’s mentioned it.
I have some questions for anyone who cares to answer:
-Does anyone do Smolov anymore? I seem to recall seeing it tossed around quite a bit but not anymore.
-What do you think about squatting with a belt? I’ve hear BBB recommend against a belt because without it you get a stronger midsection (makes sense) but what if I want to keep my waist smaller?
-how many times a week do you squat?

Haven’t looked at Smolov so can’t help you there.
I like to squat with a belt because it feels a lot more secure than without one. Andy Bolton uses a belt so it’s good enough for me BBB is really smart so I’m not sure about that, but it works for me.
I don’t know enough to make a guess about keeping your waist small.
I squat once a week, I’ve done two times a week before but didn’t enjoy that.

I curl with a belt on…and it matters. 1-3x by the way…who is BBB?

I’ve seen worse. I actually got kicked out of a certain protestant church, because I was the devil, shown by the fact that I wasn’t filled with the Holy Spirit a.k.a. juking and jiving, and rolling on the ground having a fake seizure. Oh, and I didn’t speak tongues…jokes on them. I do. Freaking lunatics some people are.

Buishidobadboy or something like that… duh
And happy birthday, you’re finally legal
Smolov is a good program though Deb, it doesn’t fit in with my goals at the moment but I did it for a short while and I know a few who made great progress with it. It calls for more squatting than 1-2 times a week, but it’s possible.

Argggg, he is soooo irritating! Howdy Chimy. Happy Birthday BC. Deb, I’d love to know what kind of training you do to achieve the awesome ass/hammies. I’ve only done body weight squats in the same week as weighted. Interesting idea.
