How do you react from a carb-up? (bass is right btw) Do you pep up the same day, the next day or two days later?
A two day carb up for me makes my Mondays good, etc.

Focus may or may not be part of your issue.
You need to start. Either get caffeine pills, or drink as much energy drinks or coffee you can get away with. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF IN A JITTERY STATE. You need to be amped but calm enough to think and behave in a normal manor.
I can drink a grande redeye and take a 200mg pill, after 4-6 diet cokes throughout the day, and be okay. You would be better off with less I’m sure. lol
