To be fair, I’d probably actually have to look over your log a bit and see what you’re doing to really let you know if what I’m suggesting is plausible/smart for you to do. I basically just gave you a piece in a puzzle that may or may not be apart of your puzzle. Maybe you have the christmas puzzle and I’m putting together the turkey day one. That being said, the main point I’m trying to give is to not be afraid to go heavy. Nothing wrong with doing singles and triples. A philosophy of mine is to simply train for strength. If you’re stronger, your whole body works better regardless of what your body composition is.

I appreciate that Liquid! You have me wondering if I’m being a wimp by not at least trying. Beans has been along for my entire ride and has given me some great advice, that’s why I asked him to weigh in. Strength is my number one goal (fat loss being a nice side effect).

Hallowed this one’s for you. Guy in the article has hypothyroidism and kicked ass in the gym and at weight loss.

How is/was life stress?

How focused were you?

Do you supplement and stims?

How long ago did you try 185? Where did you fail?

Was probably 2 days off and it was quite some time ago. Haven’t had the guts to try again plus started working with TG and things were put on hold for 3 months.

Life stress is practically gone right now.

Hm…I felt pretty focused at the time.

Do you supplement and stims?

Surge Recovery during/after deads. Just started with creatine a month ago. No stims to speak of.

How long ago did you try 185? Where did you fail?

4 months ago. I couldn’t hit 190. Stayed at 185.
