Thanks Deb. On another happy note I hit 3 dips with bodyweight+100 pounds.
Damn, always doing big things in the gym.
Do you lose strength when dieting? I know that diet is hard on you but it doesn’t seem to hinder your workouts.
I’ve been low on calories as of late but it doesn’t seem to affect my strength for some reason.
How’s your volume on the low calories? That might help in maintaining strength.

I’ll be hitting the low reps again mid-November. My maxes should have gone up now, got squat rep PR 165 x 8 today… that’s with less than 400 calories in me.

Congrats! Are you following a set program?
Nope, just know what I like and what works for me.

Does your diet come with a program?
The author talks about doing two full body sessions/week, but that does not work for me. I train based on how I feel and a loose schedule.
I’m taking a break from the diet and giving intermittent fasting a try for a while though.

I try to tell myself to do full body workouts, even thought about doing that in March but it just doesn’t give me that “Yeah, hitting the gym!” feeling so I’ll stick to what I like to do.
That’s smart to do something new for your metabolism. You like the fasting so far?

Kicking ass seems appropriate…muh glutes are killing me today. Yes, I like the new program I set up very much. Thanks for asking!
That’s awesome, what kind of split did you make for yourself?

Fullbody workouts aren’t for everyone, it just seems like you can’t hit every muscle as well as you should when you train them all.
Yeah, the first day kinda sucked in terms of hunger but not it seems like I’m eating a ton since it’s in such a short period of time.
I can’t eat a lot in the mornings either. A small bowl of cereal does it for me.
I remember when I tried to eat a chicken breast and 2 eggs one morning… fail.
Hmm, I knew that I’ll regret doing legs before intervals in gym class tomorrow. I swear I can’t feel my legs

Shit I love leg day
Well if it’s such a problem I can feel your legs for you.
Pics of the glutes Chim? I’ll see what I can do about that. Mondays I do deads, seated rows, lat pulldowns and a quick fat burner. I do 5 sets of 5 on my deads and 5 sets of 8 on the others. Wed I’m squatting, doing bent over rows, DB presses and push presses. 5 sets of 5 mon the squats, 5 sets of 8 on the rest. Then I do a quick interval thing. Sat I do weighted glute bridges, floor presses, bulgarian split squats, dB reverse lunges, DB step ups, and DB walking lunges. 5 sets of 8 of everything. So that’s medium volume, Chim? I up the weights every 1 to 2 weeks to keep it challenging. Happy for feedback if you have some Chim.
