Damn Mak Trav, still working? Do you have liquor stores where it’s the only place you can buy? WA is like that. I had to walk mega blocks to get to the only one in downtown Seattle so I could get some Grey Goose for my friend’s BD. Not the best part of the city and full of interesting people :-)
Grey Goose is very awesome, especially for birthdays because then it’s free.
GLAD you’re taking a day off Atty! Today is off everything day for me today too. Its actually a lil rainy and I’m on the couch with my slanket watching gymnastics. My roommate is cooking NOMY smelling food. Asshole.

It’s too early to work at a liquor store! Get me out! lol
What’s everyone up to today?
Shit the only place in the U.S. that you can get liquor in the morning is Louisiana. Hell, the only state that allows open containers, glad for those Catholics, boy!
Man this weekend was rough, had to take care of a bunch of freshman and keep two fires going. Plus, my feet be on fire!

A) Do you live in the Bay?
B) What’s a slanket?
A) YES. I live in Campbell (between Los Gatos and West San Jose)
B) Slanket… Like the snuggie only vastly superior. Mine is actually “the ultimate slanket”. Slanket is made of expensive material, has a kangaroo pocket for the hands and a FUCKING FOOT POUCH for the feet. <3

Well I’m quite happy to hear you are feeling better.
Thanks Deb. On another happy note I hit 3 dips with bodyweight+100 pounds.
Damn, always doing big things in the gym.
Do you lose strength when dieting? I know that diet is hard on you but it doesn’t seem to hinder your workouts.
I’ve been low on calories as of late but it doesn’t seem to affect my strength for some reason.

Dieting seems to hit my deadlift pretty hard, but my other lifts usually stay the same or go up. I think it’s due to the fact that I’m still pretty weak so it’s easy to make progress.
