400g protein eh? Thats gotta be the key then. I always get weak when I diet. Mean while its probably just because I’m not getting enough protein You want to name your sources? Theres no way your doing 400g protein in tuna alone.

Oy, they remodeled the fire station across the street and now it is open for business again. Amazing just how many ambulances pull out on a regular basis here.

Haha, no it actually adds up. I have approx 20 hr days where i eat every couple of hours and get in around 50 grams of protein on average per feeding. So 8 meals later and well it adds up quickly. I actually need that much to be able to function on that little sleep. Normally i am probably around 300-350.
Haha as for sources, mainly protein powder. I have a number of breaks throughout the day that i only have 10-15 minutes to eat something, so i just have a protein shake. Plus 100 grams of protein in the workout timeframe, 25 grms pre and 75 immediately post.
For a good meal, i absolutely love a whey protein and oats smoothy with some berries thrown in for flavor. Maybe add in some natural pb for some fats.
Nikki, you’ll be okay. I think we all go through those times where everything feels out of place and weird. Just got to keep on trucking and focus on the positive and keep going forward. Tell yourself 3 positive things about yourself everyday and believe them.

I’m about 7 hrs late to the egg discussion, but last night my daughter & I split a 4 egg omelette with about .454Kg of chopped, barbecued: chicken, brisket, sausage, pulled pork and rib-ends in it, with baked beans & coleslaw on the side.
Additionally, I think there may be a rat in our garden. Either that or “Samson I” has decided to do suicides out on our patio for the last 3 hours.

I’ve never checked this thread out. Seems pretty interesting. Nikki, if you don’t mind my asking, how old are you again?? AttyDeb, I fully understand about the ambulance noises and such. Try growing up in NYC. Every night there are sirens going! It becomes soothing after a while…
Beast I used to work in NYC and stayed in Manhattan so I know what you mean about constant and soothing. The only reason I think it’s different here is because I’m on the 4th floor not the 20th. I can also hear people’s conversations when they are walking by. I’m just too close to the ground!

Well if your all going that way then I want to go too. I hear in Hell they only use Elitefts equipment. Make you workout all day and drink nothing but protein shakes. Sure beats playing the fucking harp and eating bagels and cream cheese.

I haven’t seen newer pics of Jaime, or rather I don’t know what the more current ones are. I just know the ones that Polo keep posting everywhere. (Not that I’m complaining. I do love her pics) I haven’t many where she looks all that muscular, at least in her upper body.
Recent life getting in the way of things has kept me from pursuing any specific goals but I hope to change that soon. I’ve been mostly just going to workout and doing just anything to get myself to do something. Maintaining I suppose.
