I think you’re going to have to take me to that IHOP you’ve been talking about ;)
Haha, not a problem. We’ll just make it the post workout meal, to take advantage of the muscles need for carbs to replenish the glycogen. Orrrr it could just be a nice cheat meal, either way it would be good. :)
Are you paleo, or just no carbs?
Neither, i love carbs. I eat too many, and chicken and a salad/vegies just doesn’t cut it for me. I actually try to cycle my carbs. Yesterday was cheat day, i had just under 5000 calories and approx 500 carbs, today was low carb day, so i had a low carb dinner to keep carbs lower, ended at about 200. I try to limit carbs in the evening when i can.

My main goal is to get leaner, but i am going to do it slowly so i don’t lose any strength or muscle. That drives me insane when my strength dive bombs when trully cutting hard.

It might just be me, but when I cut I still hit PRs every week or two. I try to keep my protein really high though.

It’s quite flattering, just don’t try to challenge me to a boxing match.

bwahahah…boxing match. Yeah right. I regret the shit outa that. Such a waste.

In the mean time…may the shoe be with you.

Haha my friends are going to be curious about a shirtless dude with a shoe tagging me.

When I get my hawt abzses I’ll return the favor.

I don’t think you should regret it. The vid was awesome. The victory was awesome-r. Now somebody tell me how Celtics having a shoe in his pic translated to body fat %age.

It wasn’t celtics, it was some guy from way back when named eliteballa.

You just have to divide your weight by shoe.

To those of you I’ve told about my issues with a problem shadow, he is leaving the country (I’m told for at least a couple of months) so yay!

Just wanted to say that I am happy
Those are lies, I’m really going to be moving into your attic, it’ll just seem like I will have left the country. You’ve seen ceiling cat? Now, you’ll have ceiling ME! Haha, on yeah nice stained wood floors, they go good with those beautiful radiators all around your house.

Just kidding. I’m glad your stalker is leaving you, I guess that is what you are talking about?

Carb cycling is awesome; I consider it the best of both worlds.
Patience with fat loss is irritating; it’s easy to forget that it didn’t get there overnight but it’ll be so nice if it disappeared overnight.
As for the chicken and salad thing, I love to have a salad and a whole cornish hen just for me  Well, I don’t like white meat very much so I often give that away, but other than that, I love eating a bird by myself.

I just randomly do low-carb days, just to switch things up. Today was less than 100 carbs without any thinking about it on my part. But yesterday I had a pint of chinese white rice so I can be naughty too.

I’m on the RFL and I carb cycle too! Today I had about 40 grams, tomorrow I might go crazy and have 60.

I don’t think it’s just you. I’ve heard of quite a few people that do pr and get stronger. Just not me, in the past i’ve went on cutting diets and lost a tremedous amnt of strength. I learned that i want to maintain all of my strength, even build strength. So that is why i rotate carbs to fuel the workouts i want the most out of(deads and back), and then balance that out with a really low day the day after a high day. Otherwise i just have moderate days which for me and the crazy days that i’ve had have been about 250-300. Protein has averaged 350-400.

Wow 40 carbs… it’s been a while since I was that low, that’s awesome. I say splurge on the 60 carbs tomorrow

Hey Deb  Not better today but I’m just trying to deal with it the best way I can. I’m working a new angle to take the negative stress and use it to train harder. But passing a mirror is just depressing.

That’s great that you’ve figured out what works for you, and that you get to keep your strength up while losing fast.

Then stop passing the mirror. I had a total body dysmorph weekend. It was CRAZY. Today I look back to normal. Again, crazy.

I have a huge full length mirror right by my door

“Ooh mommy, can you buy that full length mirror for me that was originally made for distorting body images in fun houses.” Last time I ask for what I want.

Maybe this will pass. It can be my time-of-month (sorry guys), when it passes I’ll see how I look again. If it is just my TOM, it’s a hell of a lot of bloating that I have. My thighs are 23 inches! They used to be 21, yet my weight is the same.

Does my body just like to screw with me?
