Chim, your biceps might be sore from the flys, especially with the parallel grip. As you lower it, the biceps will assist in controlling or resisting the weight on the negative portion. Could especially take effect if the pecs are fatigued especially on a lower calorie diet.
Anyways my internet was down last night. I saw inception yesterday and what total mindfuck that was. Wow! Afterwards i had a fuddruckers burger with the works, sweet potato fries and an a&w root beer. FUUUUU, i forgot how good a nice cold root beer tasted. Damn sugar restriction bullshit.
Sorry to here about that mim, on one hand it would make family things difficult and on the other it’s a job that you would sorta want to do. Good luck either way.

After working yesterday and going back in last night to put out a fire, I was hit the minute I walked in with panic from PA. I just spent 2 hours emailing and faxing and talking on the phone with experts. Blah.
Root beer, yum. I gave up sodas 4 years ago but I can almost taste an A&W root beer right now.
