I’m here! I’ve been busy all day doing errands. Did I miss anything?
One of my former managers was conducting an interview with this one black girl and in the middle of it she put up her hand and was like “Stop. I haff ta go ta da baffroom” and left. My manager was like “W.T.F?” He was struck speechless, and for a gay man to be speechless is pretty amazing. Needless to say, she did NOT get the job.

I did indeed. For the first time ever my biceps were sore enough that it interfered with my chest workout, it was weird.
its like a jumping jack only instead of clapping your hands over your head you clap them in front of you.

I’m going for my new 1Rm bench tomorrow. Planning on using Conda and Alpha GPC, any suggestions for beakfast/lunch. Planning on hitting the gym closer to noon.
I’m thinking my usual massive bowl of oats for breakfast.

But I wouldn’t eat anything too heavy before the gym, in case it weighs you down. Don’t psych yourself out either!
