Hello everyone 
I helped a lady with her melons today, if you know what I mean.
She couldn’t pick up a pair of watermelons so I decided to help out.

So Drew tomorrow’s the big day huh? Another phone interview. Geez, you’d think you were applying for a job at the White House.

That’s like the new big thing. When I worked in fast food… fast food!.. I had to do an interview with supervisor, assistant manager, store manager. I was like “Really? I’m just going to be a waitress. I’m not going into the CIA.”
But such is life

Wow…that’s…huh…don’t think I like that…kind of makes working out trivial…“Lunges to get that ass? Sure!” and all the chicks will be doing hundreds of thousands of lunges and still won’t get that ass.
Well lunges are quite good for the glutes. But I don’t think the implication is that’s the only exercise she does. Better than saying thousands of miles on a treadmill
^still, its a good start. Just look at where women are now, being told endlessly that lifting weights will make them look like men, to do 'special workouts for females. It goes on and I know youve heard all this before, so like I said: its a good start.

This is true. I mean, when you have Gweneth Paltrow’s trainer saying women shouldn’t use more than 3 lb weights…
^well duh! any more than 3lb and you automatically get them big old nasty muscles like Arnold and Platz, and we know that NO ONE finds that attractive.
