I myself was disappointed. No juicy storyline unless it happened in another thread.
In unrelated news, who knew that sparkle nail polish was such a bitch to get off. (:

YEs, because you just strap up and rip the fucking shit out of some weight. I don’t think about shit other than my back burning like a bitch.
Do I recommend someone unfamiliar with their body do them over strict form rows, no.
But I can pull into my nipples and torch my mid back, or turn my wrist and pull into my arm pit and feel the outside of my lats on fire.
I’m not super sloppy with them, but there is a good amount of English with them.
I don’t know man, rear delt flies are my favorite lift right now, I’m fucking weird.

that is what the left over razor blades are for.

Best thing you can do, MiM, is find someone like me, transform the hell out of them and then market it![/quote]
I think minmd has all she needs to market herself. Her own transformation is amazing. When I started all I had was an impressive athletic history.
MinMD, How are you going about finding clients? Do you use business cards or flyers? I used to put cards at the registers of supp stores and my prospects went up like mad…also, we are certed through the same association I think…they have a matching function you can use that puts you on the list of trainers in your area.

I’ve been doing “Body English” DB rows (no straps) with 85’s and was thinking I was a puss.
But if you’re been doing 105s WITH straps, well I’m guessing the straps are good for at least a 20.125lb difference ;')

Yes straps make a big difference, my back is significantly stronger than what my hands can handle alone.

lol, you bastard, If i remember this post I’m now going to have to try them strapless.
I probably abuse straps, but I’m not too worried about it. My forearms aren’t lagging at all.

seriously rofl’d!
toots, clear coat your nails and immediately wipe them off before they dry. I used to wear black/silver polish and always did this before I went into the locker room before wrestling or football.
Yeah high rep db rows suck because once you get done with one side, then you go shit now i have to do that again for the other side.
db rows are probably the only exercise that I’ve consistantly done since I began lifting
barbell row>db rows

corn rows beats them all…
I dont know about Debs trainer but my 40 pullups from yesterday forced me to have an unplanned day off
(Sort of, I managed a couple of sets of rack pulls but then I was finished)
