PMPM he’s made it clear from day one that he fires clients if he doesn’t want to work with them. I’m his freaking poster child for weight loss and strength/muscle gains. He markets me to other clients. I may have been a bit too nice to the boy up until now.

I’m rooting for ya Mim. Yeah you really have to market yourself and sell your services well. If you can do that and you do well, then you can rely more on word of mouth type publicity so to speak.

But honestly, yeah. The only other shit I’ve ever done high rep is shrugs, because I’m pretty sure I could do 6,000 reps every day and my traps would ask for more.
I also started doing 30 rep krocs with the 100’s and yesterday teh 105’s, because AJ is a doucher
But i figured if I can get my 20 rep max up, my 1rm is bound to move a bit too. who knows.

Legs are a different animal when it comes to rep ranges, imo. I think those 20 rep squats will do you good, Beans.
I see a lot of people are doing Kroc rows these days. Do you like them better than conventional dumbell rows?
