I hit on a guy who is joining our program in the fall. I have a thing for mid-western boys. I’m not sure he realized the things I plan on doing to him  But I will. In September when he moves here. He’s 6’4 which helps his attractiveness to me. Plus he’s a touchy flirt… WAY too much sexual tension already but I’m actually “not allowed” to do anything until the fall. And the school pays me so I should probably listen…

My co-chair / really good guy friend drove me home and I overshared with things like “I’m going to do such dirty things to him… like seriously, I’m going to _____ _____ _____ ___. It’s going to be good”

PS. Those blanks are because even in a super drunk state I still have smoe semblance of normalacy / face to keep with you folks.
PPS. I’m horny as hell. I need to get laid. It has been WAY too long.

Seriously. I need to get laid. What is wrong with me? hahah

10 eggs (hippy kind which taste fucking amazing)
4 slices of deli cheese
2 pieces of dry whole wheat toast
3 cups of coffee so far

I fucking love today so far.

I might take the pup out on a ride later, just go up and explore NH a bit…

Don’t you always have a hockey thing going?
He is from Canada, which also likes Football (handegg), so he is cool.

I know two things about hockey; jack and shit. Duck is my only incite into this strange world of frozen water and crazy ass white people.

He is also, like PMPM a grammar nazi, so I know I drive him nuts with my lack of it.

Half a Monster

I’m going to go do push ups and box jumps.

I’ve lost .5 inch off my waist and hips in the last two weeks, but that leaves about 6 to go! At 140 my waist is usually around 27, currently its 33, hips should be 37 they’re 42.

You know the best part about watching the figure part of the Olimpia was?

Imagining dating some of the finer girls there, and just watching their ass grow back as I fed them icecream and pizza…

Big glutes + healthy BF levels = amazing ass

PCH, I did this yesterday and think it’s superior to the complexes we’re used to.

Suggested to all! <3

You started talking about waist:hip

So I started thinking about chicks with bangin asses

So I though about how cool it would be to watch an ass go from okay to bangin

Then I remembered having that thought before.

This all makes perfect sense in my head

Whiz Khalifa concert at the club Zodiac we partnered with was sick! Wiz is actually a real cool dude.

Beans, I think you might want to DL “Kush and Orange Juice”
countingbeans wrote:

wow… Just, wow. Did you bang any strippers while there?

Toots you stayed up till 4:30am? Did you have help or are you super-freak.

dog had me up at 6:30… yeah!
No, I didn’t bang any strippers last night…LOL! I did have some help and actually I don’t feel too bad today. Guys, if I ever stay up til that time with just my battery operated friends THEN I have a problem.

Til then, I’m good in denialville!

BG and Deb- thanks for the kind words…but I’m not done yet

Deb- do you still do most of your training at home? I give you many props for that…

I do but no props necessary since it’s only because I’m too intimidated to workout in a public gym. I’m such a hermit.

I’m back! Miss me?

I did things I hate

5x
5 Pushups
15 Box Jumps
20 sec planks

Then things I like

3x
5 1 arm DB Snatches
5 BW rows

So, it’s only 3 because while I was snatching some squat rack curler guy started fiddling with the smith machine. I looked at him and felt hate and said ‘I’m using that.’ He’s like ‘I just one to show her some things.’ At which point I decide to both display my irritation and help her. So,

Me- What’re you trying to show her

Him- How to squat, she’s a beginner.

Me- Oh, you shouldn’t use the smith machine. It’s going to teach her improper movement patterns.

Him - Just until she gets used to squating and can do real ones.

Me- She can use the light body bars or BW to learn.

Her - What does she mean real ones.

Him - Oh over there in that thing (points to squat rack).

Me - If you’re trying to get better atereal squats, shouldn’t you just actually do real squats.

Her - She’s making a lot of sense, why aren’t you showing me real squats? I think I should do real squats.

Him - Uh, I just Uh, okay.

Then they walked away to the squat rack. I got to make him look stupid and my machine back, all while helping a girl actually squat. Awesomes.

I need to start putting this stuff in my log, come visit me there guys!

So true about the Chinese food, man some of the best Chinese food I had was in SF over Christmas break.

I creepered your profile. It made me think of this quote:

“Once someone asked me what pleasure I got out of riding my bike for so long. “Pleasure?” I asked. “I don’t understand the question. I didn’t do it for pleasure. I did it for pain”.” - Lance Armstrong

I’ve got a bit of a hockey thing going tonight.
You might appreciate this, Mad Duck:

Paul Coffey is a family friend. So is his mom. I’m not sure how, but my mom, not a hockey fan by any definition, has managed to become friends with several NHL player’s moms and gets herself invited to their gala weddings. Like last year she attended a massive super fancy wedding in Detroit or something and rubbed elbows with a crap load of hockey players which she had no idea who they were. This not knowing or caring about who they are greatly angers my brother who is a super fan. She’ll refer to someone like Crosby as ‘what’s the name of that young guy, the handsome one’

I am quite removed from my family and was out of touch with them for the better part of a decade and was mostly unaware of these relationships she’s developed. But years ago I went back because of my dad’s funeral and at the wake there were a bunch of extremely tall guys who I had no idea who they were. It ends up they were hockey players. It was bizarre. My thoughts were…what the hell is *** ***, from the Sabres, doing at my dad’s wake??

When I last visited, she had a bunch of weight gain shakes in the fridge so I’m like wtf mom?? She’s been trying to lose weight and so this didn’t make sense. Her and her friend, mother of an NHL guy, was talking to a pro trainer and he somehow recommended these things for the two of them to ‘maintain.’ The shakes were all sugar and loads of calories. But she wouldn’t listen to me because he trains hockey players and I know nothing. Yeah but mom, he doesn’t train moderately active, chubby post menopausal women in their sixties!

I don’t know what the trainer actually told them but I’m sure they misunderstood but try telling them that. By the end of the visit I did have her make some diet adjustments and drop the gain shakes for just protein shakes.
