Ever Feel Like a Thread Killer (11)?

Tell me why love and hate are practically the same…

I’m curious.

Oh, I don’t have the runs anymore!!! YAY!!!

Throw jump rope in there.

Throw in come courtsey/sashay drill, also.

I think I’m going to start doing box jumps and push ups. Two things I absolutely hate.

What’d you guys do that you hate in the gym?
Not in the gym, but I’m going to be following Wendlers advice and going back to this bitch of a hill. Running hills sucks, pure and simple, if you are looking to torture yourself, go find one and become real familiar with it.

If during complexes my muscles give, but I don’t get that winded, I need to decrease the weight and go faster? I want the metcon.
Lower the weight
add another exercise or two
Speed up the reps
shorten breaks

or

lower the number of exercises
use heavy weight
6-8 sets/4-5 reps

that’s my suggestion, what is your complex? What moves are you doing?
currently it’s

dl
sldl
row
hang clean
push press
squat
goodmorning

I can work at 60 and pyramid it down from 7 reps. I think I got it from a cosgrove article. It’s hard when I’m doing it. 5 min later it feels like nothing.
If you get an increase in heart rate and sweating going on then you’re doing them right. I feel like death during the complexes but in the locker room showering I feel like I havent done anything to compare it to is sprinting. You know how during a set of 4 or 5 sprints you want to pass out but on the walk to your car you’re fine? Another comparison, you’re a fighter, right? You know the midmatch fatigue and how it differs from you just sitting around before or after your fight, right? It’s the same concept.

it’s completely normal of anaerobic cardio.

That intense emotion comes from the same pit in your soul. there is no delineation. Haven’t you loved something, then hated it? Feels like the polar opposite emotion, due to our inability to separate the two emotions, but in the end, there is the same intensity.

That intensity of emotion draws from the same part of out psyche.

keep in mind that I’m no psychologist, so really I don’t know shit.

btw…congrats on the solid poopies.

Is this a joke? Or something real?
