If during complexes my muscles give, but I don’t get that winded, I need to decrease the weight and go faster? I want the metcon.
In the moment I can’t move anymore, but ten seconds after it’s over I feel like I did nothing.

Lower the weight
add another exercise or two
Speed up the reps
shorten breaks
or
lower the number of exercises
use heavy weight
6-8 sets/4-5 reps
that’s my suggestion, what is your complex? What moves are you doing?

I can work at 60 and pyramid it down from 7 reps. I think I got it from a cosgrove article. It’s hard when I’m doing it. 5 min later it feels like nothing.
I think I’m going to start doing box jumps and push ups. Two things I absolutely hate.
What’d you guys do that you hate in the gym?
