Evaluate My Physique, Help Me Build Myself

I’m writing down everything I eat starting today. I eat too much and am very sedentary, I believe that is the #1 contributor to my fatness, yes, I lift heavy thigns but not with the regularity and intensity needed to maintain a hard physique.

Yesterday, I ran about a mile’s worth of sprints, and did my regular lifting routine. So I’m off on a good start.

Also, as for fat guy strength. When I was 160, I was never extremely strong. I have naturally small wrists, and a biggish head, meaning I’m pretty damn endomorph. All my strength gains, I’ve made through effort. When I started benching, a 45lb with a 35lb was my upper max, I couldn’t even squat 2 plates, and 45lbs was heavy on the clean and press. All my strength has been forced into my through will.

While there are some stocky fat guys who are just naturally strong, I am not one of them. Perhaps, I have good, strength BUILDING genetics, but not good BASIC strength genetics, ie if I never trained, I’d be weak as hell. But seeing as I’ve been off traiing for almost 2 1/2 months, I have maintained most of my power, so I think the change I’ve made was permanent.

Thats a lot more that can be said for some fat guys who struggle to bench the bar.

Where are these guys at?[/quote]

Actually, they are very common. At 325 pounds, I had difficulty benching the bar for like 6 times.

okay and order Poliquin’s German Body Comp book. today. now. Do it for 6 weeks, follow a solid diet, it will transform your physique. I promise. Only if you do it right and exactly what he says.

Well the first thing you’ve gotta do is make the decision that you are going to stick with whatever you decide even if its tough.

Educate yourself as much as possible on nutrition. This is going to be the biggest factor for you. There are tons of free articles on this site, or you can always buy a book.

Keep lifting weights, and aim for cardio 3-5x per week. And for you, cardio should be walking flat or incline for 20-45 minutes.

Thats the basics of what you need to do. This site has a wealth of free information, just do expect to get too much help from the forums; the articles are where you should be looking.

Good luck!

Read all of Christian Thibaudeau’s articles.

Check out some cleansing diets for fast weight loss man, My friend did it, he used to weigh 300 lbs and now he weighs 260. He also can deadlift 6 plates and just turned 16, if he can, you can.

EDIT: And he plays WoW and Halo. ( nothing against halo )
