That’s so poetic I’m seriously thinking of getting it tatted.

maybe on here it does… but if any of the girls shown in this thread were in front of us we’d all be at each others throats trying to be their spotter.
maybe we should be teaching our women to squat by letting them sit on our face, at least then they’ll see the importance of functional training…

Ughh the way that article was authored drives me fuckin’ crazy!
Whenever somebody uses the word “tone” rather than “build” or “maintain”, it makes me want to shoot myself. Eva Longoria had to build the muscle first, and the author obviously doesn’t know or understand the basic tenets of building a good body.
What drives me crazy is people who violently clame there is no such thing as muscle tone
but muscle toning comes from doing heavy sets in low reps. not quite the same as taking a pink and blue dumbbell and doing them for 30 reps. plus i dont think any powerlifters would like you calling what they do “toning”

weak women don’t need heavy singles to increase muscle tone
Any beginner doesn’t need to do heavy singles, and most women that I see at the gym lift far lighter weights than they are capable of. They are just programmed to think they are weak. They are usually doing high reps with light weights. They think if they lift anything that takes effort they will get all “musclely”.
