After all the hype last year with a whole TV series dedicated to finding the song (UK) and then it doing only slightly better than normal, i think most people have given up on the eurovision. Even if we did win, we couldnt afford to host it anyway as it costs the host country millions to actually put on the event.

Far poorer countries have pulled it off well enough.
I think it’s failure to identify with continental Europe more than anything else.
With this said, I think there have been great UK titles.
All i know is that all of us here in norway are paying for this endless stream of gay crap. 2 billion dollars down the crapper…
