Hey guys I had my estrogen crashed as you know back in July . I recently had lab work done and my sensitive estrogen is now up to 40. I don’t feel typical high estrogen symptoms, but I feel mild anxiety still, loss of libido still and just overall still not feeling quite well. Could this take time to normalize or is my estrogen now high ? My doctor takes forever to get back and I wanted to get your opinions first anyways.
Total Test : 767 ( drawn on day of injection on accident )
Estrogen : 40
90 mg of test a week? Unless you are a hyper aromatizer, i dont see how your e2 could ever be considered “high”. High test is going to have high e2. With a total test of about 1200 my E2 sits around 60 and thats where i feel best. Obviously everyone is different, but unless you are grossly overweight, you should just let your E2 settle where your test takes it. If you are overweight, obviously lose weight. Itchy nipples would be my only “indicator” that i KNOW i have too high e2, everything else can fluctuate.
Try not to over think it and just let yourself stabilize.
I don’t feel any high e2 symptoms at all . Just weird that I still have mood issues and feel generally blah like i did when it was crashed albeit a bit improved. Could it just take more time for my body to get used to this ? It was crashed down to 7 in July bloodwork after doc had me on .5mg anastrazole each week.
OK thanks will do. I am hoping it is just my body adjusting . I really don’t want to take anastrazole again, id rather get off TRT in general than go through that again.
Hey bud. Started on endogenous HRT protocol in March of this year. 25 mg enclomiphene ED/HCG twice a week. I felt like my E2 was high at 67 with a test of 1100 but you have me thinking I might be wrong. I am carrying more BF than I should be and I’m working on that but I started taking exemestane to drop my E2 because it was difficult to keep wood. Am I wrong in doing this because it seems like it got worse after starting estane…? Otherwise feel pretty good. Strength is good. Joints feel a little dry.
I was always told to shoot for 5% of your total test for your estrogen. I was more or less asking how long it takes to stabilize after reaching appropriate levels after crashing your E2.
You have no need to take it. Ever. Honestly, if you arent having itchy nipples, you need to just let your body stabilize. I know multiple people who run upwards of 400-500 mg of test a week when blasting and have NO need for an AI. Again, everyone is different, but at 90 a week… I would bet/argue there will never be a need. Dont worry about 5% of total test to estrogen, or blah blah blah… Seriously, just let your body adjust to your dose.
