Estrogen Rebound One Month after Finishing PCT?

Helllo guys.

So i finished my second test e cycle around 2 and a half month ago, waited 2 weeks for the test too clear out and started nolvadex. i did 4 weeks of nolva 20mg and stopped around 3 weeks ago. The last week i have been experiencing high e2 (I think its high E2 because the symptoms are the exact same as when i were on cycle, i used arimidex to handle this and it worked great). I only used arimidex in the first couple weeks of nolva, but a much lower dosage than used on cycle. When on nolva i had low libido and felt less motivated, but it wasnt too bad. Now 3 weeks after the nolva, i have been feeling waaaay worse, high blood pressure, A lot of acne on shoulders and back (wasnt an issue on cycle), anxiety and generally very very tired and feeling like shit. My libido is fine, so i think my production of test is back. I was feeling the exact same 5 weeks into the cycle, thats when i started with arimidex. Did i stop with the nolva too early, and do i just need to wait it out until my hormones go back to normal? I still have arimidex on hand, but taking this would probably only make it worse because its not a sucidial inhibitor.

Bloodwork?

Yeah i dont know the do it yourself lab options there.

Very low dose anastrozole if it really helps 0.125 to 0.25 mg once or twice a week. I would give it time.

Hang in there.

The answer to all your questions can be found in blood work. Got any?

Look up. Negative.

Alright thanks for replying, but wouldnt the e2 bounce right back up when the affects of arimidexs wear off or?

E2 aill head back to where your setpoint was before cycle assuming no long term damage from cycle to your HPTGA. To change that you would need to do some type of lifestyle intervention to modify aromatization.

If you keep running the AI then you are on AI monotherapy. Try to pull the bloodwork so you have baselines for future. You are flying blind right now.

Get a new doctor, or get private labs. One of those two things has to happen…do you really want to be using people guesses on how to fix your endocrine system? It’s a pretty fing important system.

Nordic Laboratories - Best in test ; based in Copenhagen.

And btw… the doctor opting out of helping you solve a potential health issue seems highly unethical. (Be different if you wanted them to setup your cycle, but post cycle is a different issue). I’d question if they can indeed just abandon you, especially given the general approach in Nordic countries to healthcare is high.
