Long story short, I was dumb. Did a cycle of prohormones for 2 months no pct straight into a cycle of rad140+lgd for a week then I had a panic attack. I stopped taking everything and yes, still didnt pct I’m a jackass I know. Since then I’ve had depression, lethargic anxiety low libido, crazy brain fog and everything inbetween. I never got bloodwork done before hand so I’m not sure of my baseline, which is another mistake which I own up to but cant fix now. I finally got my bloodwork done yesterday(month and a half after the incident) and here is what it reads:
So basically I have crashed e2 which makes sense with all.these symptoms. It should be from 7-42. Anyone have any insight on what I should do at this point? I’ve heard I should take my girlfriends birth control pill for the estrogen lol. Little sidenote, my balls are kind of aching, I guess you could say? The last few days. I’m sure I was supressed or even shut down so is this them coming back to “life” if you will? Thanks in advance.
Also not on TRT.
I don’t see Free Testosterone or SHBG on this bloodwork, which would be helpful.
Give it time, your body should recover - it could take several months. You might need to do PCT or do a HPTA restart - I believe Clomid can help with that.
You may need TRT if your body doesn’t recover, but its hard to say - Total Testosterone isn’t great, but isn’t terrible. Without SHBG or Free T its hard to really tell.
Please do your own research on things that I have recommended.

I have some nolvadex but I know that blocks e2. From my understanding and research clomid tells your brain to ignore e2 getting made from the increase in testosterone. Correct?
No, serms strongly bind to the ER and block the (admittedly few) deleterious effects estrogen can have in tissue sensitive to the hormone (so say breast tissue, the hypothalamus if trying to recover). The concept is known as competitive inhibition, though actual concentrations of estrogen in the body don’t decrease
A user called TRT-Phoenix pointed out to me (I think yesterday) that one of tamoxifens metabolites (as it is actually a prodrug which in its initial form has very little affinity for the ER), endoxifen, is actually a nonsteroidal aromatase inhibitor… however at what concentration this metabolite is produced im unsure, I’d hypothesise it’s rather marginal, otherwise men would have absolutely tanked E2 post PCT

I’m sorry, I’m new to his so I’m a but confused about what you’re saying. You’re saying that it still makes e2, and only blocks certain receptors (gyno, basically) and still produces test. Because if it didnt, people would have tanked e2 after a cycle?
Just wait. Your LH/FSH are normal. A SERM will not help in this case because your HPTA is already receiving signals from your testes.
Your testosterone is normal too which means you will produce normal Estradiol soon. The prohormones you took had some sort of AI effect which is why your Estradiol is below normal.
That makes a lot of sense. After everything was said and done I tried the prohormone PCT for about a week or so and upon looking at the ingredients just now, it has armistane in it.
