So, I just started arimidex at .5mg EOD due to a very elevated estradiol level (144.9). I’ve been gaining weight due to water retention (I assume) steadily for a few weeks along with the addition of 2iu GH per night, which has absolutely contributed to the problem. How does the body eliminate the water weight and how long does it take to come off? Is it only eliminated through urination or should I also expect to defecate more frequently, which started happening today? Thanks and sorry if this topic has been covered before.
The water from the GH will stay on you until you stop. I have the same issue when I use it.
The water from the elevated estrogen will start to come down as estrogen levels start to come down.
How much water are you drinking per day? If not enough you will also hold water from dehydration.
Dandelion root is a natural diuretic and will help expel a bit of water. I have used it in the past pre contest.
Thanks, s.gentz. I usually drink a minimum of 128oz per day. I might try that little trick.

Units would be helpful here
Pg/ml for sure, but he has to watch out, i would not risk that much arimidex. 0.25 EOD would be far enough, or E3D.
