Arab citizens in Israel own all sort of land in Israel. My next-door-neighbor is arab. He’s taking care of my daughter’s cat.
My landlord in Gush (a town that was destroyed) was arab.
Now, there is a big issue with non-citizens owning land in Israel, but that has a lot more to do with Jewish people in NYC who buy up condos in Tel Aviv and leave them empty for speculation/tax dodge purposes during a housing crisis than anything arab-related.

I have mixed emotions. I would prefer to take the fight to Iran. They are funding this and arming Hamas and making the Hamas leaders rich. If you killed everyone in Gaza, the Iranians would just move the money over to Lebanon (where they also have their hands).
If you stop the Iranian money, the missiles will stop and the Gaza situation resolved.
The Iranians are also behind Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
Proxy wars (Vietnam, Korea, Iraq, Afghanistan) are almost impossible to win without sinking the mother ship.
I don’t see Obama having the will do that.
I suppose Israel could nuke Iran otherwise make Iran an economic non-entity by completely destroying its infrastructure, and it may have to come to that.

Just a small point here, in 500BC the Persian Empire (Iran) enjoyed complete dominance of the middle east. i’m sure they’d enjoy a return to those days.
I’ve met many Muslims in my day, most were a delight to deal with. The few Jews from Israel I’ve met sounded just like KKK members at the mention of Muslims.

I agree with your sentiments.
I sincerely think there is some serious failure of the self-protective instinct of a civilization/people that does not perceive a direct evil threat to one’s community.
If the animal has gone raging mad lusting for the destruction of others then the proper display of human empathy is to put it down.
