Erections Coming Back After E2 Crash, But Libido Still Gone

shbg levels?

Question about a few of the specific symptoms. Are these common to low E2?

  1. Sore legs, going up stairs the past few weeks has felt like I just did leg day
  2. Apathy, haven’t cared much about things I like or things that bother me
  3. Lower back pain, in the area where I was injured about 4 years ago, but it hasn’t been an issue until the last month

You’ll be fine just try to take a big shot in one go and se did that kicks your estrogens back in a good range. This is why we don’t mess with estrogen. A never ending dog chassing his tail scenario. Hang in there as other stated it will come back.

The last time I checked SHBG was in June 2018 and it was 14.1 nmol/L with a range of 19.3 to 76.4

I see your screen name is applicable.

The OP was freaking about E2 levels. I posted to let him know that high E2, when accompanied by high Test, is healthy and conducive to good erections and libido.

When my e2 dropped to 20, I felt emotionless. It was noticeable and annoying.

Thanks man, hearing that helped

Absolutely helps!

Do you guys get more frequent heart palpitations when you crash your e2?
I mean, it is possible that palpitations result from anxiety and panic i get when my e2 gets too low. But i am not certain.

And one more question. Does it take some time for crashed e2 to cause symptoms? Last dose of aromasin was 10 days ago and i started feeling like sh1t about 3 days later.

I’ve noticed them, but unsure if related to my E2. But yes, recently at times.

Aromasin takes a few days to lower E2. It destroys the aromatase enzymes, and then E2 declines. I believe the peak of its effect is between days 2-4.

You may not feel the low estrogen for days because there is estrogen within the tissue, but low in the bloodstream. You will need to make more aromatase enzymes before estrogen rises again, then the tissue must heal.

this makes a lot of sense :+1:

Oh stop crying , it’s a comment . Has nothing to do with being nasty . Rather that 300 mgs or whatever you were running blast is different then a trt dose , no matter if estrogen is high or not … honestly that’s a low total test for that much Test dont you think ?

Whatever. My level of test based on my dose has nothing whatsoever to do with anything. You just wanted to say something negative instead of something constructive.

Think what u want , but Not at all , and it absolutely has something to do with it , weather u don’t respond well or what . Those aren’t good numbers like your stating , guys are running 160-180 and hitting 1500 -1700 tt

what is ur trt protocol studhammer, how often do u inject?

twice weekly. typically 500/week on a blast plus whatever I’ve decided to add, and 250 on a cruise.

I appreciate your concern for my well being, albeit misplaced, but I feel great and currently losing fat and preserving muscle on my regimen.

fuuuk and u got good libido and erections with such low shbg? Damn, sometimes I wonder if maybe low shbg isnt my problem but something else

Not everyone is going to respond well to TRT, I’ve heard some do stellar, some do mediocre and some do worse and medical experts don’t know why.

Libido and erections is so much more than just androgens, things that affect libido.

  • Obesity
  • High blood pressure
  • Diabetes
  • Poor sleep
  • Medications
  • Stress/depression
  • Low testosterone
  • Infections
  • High prolactin
  • Low thyroid hormones
  • Alcohol & drugs
  • Surgery
  • Heart disease
  • High cholesterol

Now take into account everyone is different, some have hypersexual libido (less common), some have normal libido while others just have a weak libido. As men age libido declines like everything else.
