I am fairly new to EQ, I did 2 4 week cycles, one in June and the last one in October.
The weekly doses were 500mg, The first was October 2nd & the last one was October 23rd.
I got a serious headache October 25th at 8am. 2 days later I got it again the following Wendesday I had my blood pressure checked and it was 170/95. Went to the clinic and it was that again. They gave me catapres (Clonidine) 0.1mg. When I take it my BP is almost back to normal 135/80. Its been 3 1/2 weeks and blood pressure is still high. How long will this last?
First off…a 4 week cycle of EQ is like doing one push up a year and expecting to have a nice chest.
EQ takes quite a long time to really show results. Honestly it’s hard to even believed that you had any issues after only 4 weeks of only 500mg/week of EQ.
Having said that, are there any other environmental enfluences that could be attribuiting to your hypertension? Too much saturated fats, sodium, stress, alcohol, smoking, etc?
Some obvious and simple ways to help mediate the hypertension (besides the meds) are to make sure you are getting copious amounts of H20, reduce your sodium intake, watch your saturated fats, watch your alcohol intake, don’t fucking smoke lol, start doing regular cardio (nothing hardcore though in leu of the hypertension lol).
But obviously above all…consult your doctor and be 100% honest with them.

Ibraga…
You get any gains from the EQ yet? I’m a little over 2 weeks into it and am anxious.
dude, its not the EQ, you just have high blood pressure.
if you drink coffee, stop. until you get that shit under control anyways.
also, take a baby asprin every morning. (until you get your high bp under control)
I’m a regular coffee drinker, and used to have high BP, i used to test my BP almost everyday,
and it would go up 20-30 pts after coffee (yikes!) now that my blood pressure is on the low side of normal, the coffee doesn’t raise my BP nearly as much (about 10 pts).
and i hate to say it, but the best way to lower your BP is regular low intensity cardio (walking, slow jog), and diet.

You have proof that your headache was blood pressure related.I take opiod pain med and changed over to another and the same headache happened to me.I can state for a fact that most of us on aas get worried when some symtom appears. When i inject t-in my deltoid,I at times get an anziety?
Panic feeling and take a valium to feel o.k. steroid’s rise our b.p. as a result of water retention, but that takes week’s to happen. Also some High level testosterone user’s donate blood,as steroid’s raise the red blood cell count. The thicker the blood. The more heart problem’s. all the best johnny

I never thought about donating blood to alleviate the accumulation of excess red blood cells…it’s kinda like the opposite of blood doping lol!

A lot of people on EQ donate blood frequently cuz of the erythropoietin that comes along with it
Yes, Indeed my blood pressure was at 177/101 at one point. I talked to my doctor and off the record told him about the Boldenone use. He doesn’t think high red blood cell count is an issue but did a blood test just in case. I think he will be alarmed. I am on Blood pressure med right now… hopefully temporary. Does anyone know how long this will last? Thanks for the help guys.

I am an endurance athlete. I do plenty of cardio. I run marathons. So muscle building is not a goal.
I was on test mast and eq and my blood pressure would rise huge. to about 200 over 45 which is a pulse pressure of 155. horrid, I cant donate blood because of past drug use history, so I just stuck an 18 guage in about every 3 weeks and took out about 400 to 300 ml myself. besides, it sucks making appointments and waiting in line ect. it brought my bp down to a reasonable 140 over 70. way better than 200 over 45, and I felt better overall.
just did this till the cycle ended, sence then for me personally it was masteron that did it. ive tried test eq anadrol and my bp was high normal, which it is anyways naturally for me. if my diet us good, sodium intake has been low and I have bwen doing cardio, taking my AI, herbs to keep it in check and all that, bloodletting is my final option amd it does seem to temporarily remedy the issue

That’s like an oil change, damn!
I’m glad I can give blood. It’s good for me and the one who gets it.
I’d have no problem sticking myself with a needle but will an 18G keep it flowing?

Its the same size I use. How ever I use one specifically for drawing blood rather just a standard one for IM injection and it works fine.
