Do you think I’m lying to you? The guy at the store TODAY told me he had to pay for a federal license to sell it LEGALLY which he does. You have to sign for it and cannot buy more than 2 boxes in a day. This can’t be that hard to grasp.
I don’t think you’re lying, but is is possible that the guy at the store is lying to you?
I know, it would sound stupid for him to risk it, but people make stupid risks every day.
I also think there would be more “buzz” about it on non-supplement selling websites.
No dosage of dietary supplements containing ephedrine alkaloids is safe and the sale of these products in the United States is illegal and subject to FDA enforcement action.
What if it is not labeled as a dietary supplement?

We need to distinguish between ephedra and ephedrine. Ephedra is still banned and the ruling that overturned the April 15 2005 ruling is still in place.
Ephedrine however is legally purchaseable and has always been from pharmacies and other licensed stores. Most require a form of ID to be presented and a signature at the time of purchase. There is nothing new about this and nothing has changed. I don’ blame people for getting confused.

If this is the case I am sure ephedrine is what I see in the gas stations.
Isn’t ephedrine the active ingredient and ephedra merely the plant?
If I understand it correctly then the situation is as stupid as if they banned the sale of coca plant but kept cocaine legal.
All I know is that there is a red white and blue (how appropriate) display for Bronch-ease, asthma relief, blah blah blah you know the drill. Standard 12.5 mg ephedrine hcl and 200 mg of that guaifenesin shit.
I’ve known the guy in there (who owns the store) for a couple years. You ask for it, show id, sign a form and he sells it to you.
I haven’t bought it in there for a few months. The stuff I have now I got as payment for evaluating a useless dog for bite training.
Ephedra, sold as a dietary supp/weight loss aid cannot be legally marketed according to him. He does sell a bunch of these boxes there, but I guarantee you he is not going to risk the 99.9% of his income over it if it were illegal. The man isn’t a dunce.
I’m no expert on this issue, I’m just reporting what I was told by somebody in a better position to know than I am.
Somebody forgot to tell the fda that they unbanned it again after Aug. 21st. Maybe we should send them an email so they can update their website. :/
Let’s not forget those lawyers too.
Can you imagine filing a petition when it’s clearly unbanned since that guy in a store said so.

Very simple answer to both sides.
-OFF LABEL USAGE-
Just because the sale of ephedrine is disallowed as a dietary supplement DOES NOT stop its sale as a bronchial dilator.
There are approved versus non approved uses. Ours is not to question why, ours is but to do and die! Do your patriotic duty! Don’t ask questions! Forsake blow jobs, have sex only in the missionary position, don’t pick up your dirty clothes on sunday, willingly pay for the wholesale slaughter of people you have never met, submit, cower, consume, get fat, feed your beliefs to others at the point of a gun, thus speakes the glorious leader…

That’s the stuff that’s always been legally available. Ephedrine HCL has never been banned, as far as I know.

For me, the myth of ephedra/ephedrine is far greater than reality.
I recall thinking it was great stuff years ago, but I’ve found far better alternatives since.
After using any stimulant for a certain period of time, your body adjusts to it. However, when cutting I found cycles of Ephedra with green tea to be the most effective cutting supplement I have ever used.
Hands down, many people can agree that Ephedra was a great supplement for fat loss.
No other weight loss supplement today even comes close to Ephedra other than maybe HOT-ROX Extreme.
I guess if someone who says they can buy ephedra at the store would take a picture of the display and product and than post it here, that would be useful and maybe solve something…
Another website that you can directly buy from.
I clicked on it and I was able to put in my credit card number and everything.
That is the third website I found that sells it. They’re commercial about it too.

That site didn’t work for me, then I just tried “bingproducts.com” and that didn’t work either. Is there a part of the link missing?
Edit: Nevermind. I just tried a google search for it, and it worked.
I’m sure there are more; does that prove that prohormones are now legal again?
Honestly, I really think that if ephedra’s ban was overturned again, it would be easy to find the official word about when it happened after the last time it was banned.
