Hello coach - been a long time, hope all’s well. So I saw on your Instagram some weeks back, you were sharing the most powerful programs (and mentioned Layers & HSS program).
Wondering - with your recent views on every other day training, is there some way to adapt Layers or hss to an EOD setup?
Just thinking out loud but something like:
Day 1 - Incline Bench Layer / Leg Press Layer [or modified using muscle rounds or something]
Day 3 - Snatch grip high pull layer / Weighted Dip “modified” layer
etc etc.
Basically doing an upper body and lower body main lift each workout, the first one in the session is “layered” properly while the second movement (could it be layered just like the first? or maybe modified to be a less “demanding” exercise variant or rest pause or straight sets etc.).
Maybe this could even be more effective (whole body “blast”, follistatin increase / myostatin decrease ) + a rest day to rest tissue/CNS etc…
