Trying to imagine someone with 1" leopard print nails squatting my goal weight for reps. Not something you see every day. At my bodyweight for goodness sake.

To be fair, it’s not all as difficult as you’d think. I have tiny hands so they don’t come into contact with much when my hands are on the bar. A lot of my staple movements have my
hands pretty stationary so my nails are just chilling out.
Since I keep my hair up nowadays, and am pretty low maintenance about it now, I’ve become entirely obsessed with all things nails for about 2 years lol.
I’m doing okay. And yourself?

Update:
It’s pretty clear I’m taking a break/deload, what have you.
I kept feeling bad about wanting to take a break, but I just wanna care for myself honestly.
I do dumbbell workouts in my garage, however I just don’t feel as though it needs to be logged.
I’ll def. be back to my regular routine, but for the next 2 weeks or so I just wanna relax. Do some self care stuff, go visit a couple of places, etc.
Will keep you guys posted/share pictures.

Room is finished! We need maybe 1 or 2 more foam squares to fill the remaining missing pieces.
Completely decluttered the room. Our bed takes up a lot of space, so we’re just going the minimalistic route. We will add a wall shelf for the clothes and maybe a nightstand for either side, but that’ll be it.
Foam squares are about an inch thick so super friendly on the knees and feet versus solid concrete. We will be getting some LED lights for the room as well. All in all super colorful, and comfy and me and hubby love it.
Not that it looked bad per say before, but I’m just not someone who likes white walls. A lot of it was peeling and bad scratches as well. Concrete was a KILLER on the joints, especially just waking up. Was a pain to sweep weekly since it chips a lot.
We washed most of it before laying the foam down, and the foam boards are super easy to clean. Sweep over them, and spray some Lysol for disinfecting. Dogs seem to like them as well, and the foam doesn’t trap fur either.
Your bed is populated like my bed, minus the cat. The life of an animal lover is tough…

Thanks!! Yeah the doggies are family. They cuddle with whoever lets them in the room. They like to fur pile a lot so half the time you don’t even need a blanket lol
