Whats up gentlemen? So I’m blasting at the moment on 500mgs sust, 350mgs tren, 350mgs mast, 25mgs Injectable rad 140, 50mgs proviron and 50mgs of anavar. hcg at 500mcg split 250mcgs mon-thurs and 12.5mgs aromasin ed. I have been making great progress ramping up to compete in February currently at 275lbs @ 6’1 30 y/o.
Training is going well and body recomp is going well. I’m trying to lose a few lbs of bf and gain a few lbs of muscle over the next 6 weeks or so before I go full bulk mode into my meet. No real sides to report other than a mild drop in libido and some lethargy/general tiredness. But being tired is KILLING me, like I have enough energy to work/do the things i have to but i have to drag ass to get myself in the gym even though I kill that shit once I’m in there.
Any advice on what might be causing said ass dragging or how to address the lethargy is greatly appreciated.
How far into this blast are you? Get some blood work and check E2 levels.
Just about 3 weeks. I’ll get labs done in a couple weeks.
Good luck with the competition!!!
Eliminate the compound that you think is causing the lethargy, and see if that improves the cycle.
I would reduce the AI. You have probably tanked your E2. Try going down to 12.5 once or twice a week. Its going to take awhile for it to rebound if it is tanked.
That’s what I was thinking could be the culprit but on similar cycles in the past I’ve used very similar protocols. But hey shit changes! I’ll give that a go and drop to e3d on the aro and see how I’m feeling.
I’m going to reduce the ai first. Tren makes me feel like shit on too high of a dose but at this dose I’m willing to deal with it. I’ve just never have had this low of energy and I’m starting to think I may have crashed my e2.
I’ve always found nolva as a better alternative than AI, to keep gyno symptoms away during cycle, without crashing E2.
I have Nolva on hand but I prefer to save it until I need it and control with ai. Not a fan of sides from nolva or most ai’s honestly.
@jrihard89
What nolva-specific sides did you encounter?
Headaches, mild depression (dose specific) and loss of libido/sexual desire (time on dependent)
What dose caused the issues and at what length in time?
I’ve read it takes a good 4 weeks for tamoxifen to reach steady levels. At 20mg/day for months I feel absolutely nothing. I noticed from reading breast cancer forums that those who experienced certain side effects from tamoxifen had a much better experience when they switched to taking it before bed vs during the day. For that reason I always take it at night. Not sure if that helps you or not.
Yeah for me 20-40mgs only takes a few weeks to cause some of the issues I listed but I am interested in trying it out at maybe 10-15mgs at night to see if that makes a difference as I’ve done that with a few compounds and gotten better effects/less sides now that you mention it. That helps a lot actually! Thanks!
