Endurance Events and ANACONDA

Is ANACONDA a good idea during prolonged high intensity activities? I am doing a 7 days of heli skiing in a couple weeks and am trying to figure out the best supplement ‘help’ to bring along to assist in endurance and blunt the burnout I usually get from aggressive skiing 7 hours a day, 7 days in a row at >10k altitude. If ANACONDA is a good fit, what would be the recommended timing adjustments needed for consumption?

thanks.

I can’t say anything about how effective the ANACONDA would be, but I am jealous as hell about the 7 days of heli skiing. I’m not sure how long it’s effects last for, but I’m sure Surge Workout Fuel would be helpful in staving off fatigue while you ski. I hope somebody else can add something constructive…

Surge Workout Fuel is a much better choice for use during sporting activities.

I’d go as far as to say that Anaconda should not be used during endurance events since it may cause gastric distress at a time where hydration is crucial.

I also recommend snacking on FINiBAR between meals during your trip to keep energy levels high.

Bonking is the last thing you want to do in chest-deep powder.

Thanks for the input on Surge Workout Fuel… haven’t tried it before. Just tried to buy some, but both flavors are out of stock. What a bummer! I fly out next Friday, doesn’t look good for me. Maybe it will restock overnight for me.
