Endothil CR

I tried Endothil CR for 6 weeks without using any other supplement to include Protien. I did not make any gains not normally associated with changing my workout routine to the split muscle groups. In other words I do not believe this product works despite all the Hype.

DTC…I agree with what another poster said about you being a “good sport”. My god, some of the posts from the people attacking you were so knee-jerk and childish.

Some of these guys have some huge egos and it is clear very few people actually read and considered your words. Not once, did you sound like a salesperson.

I also tried Endothil but noticed no gains from it at all. So after one cycle, I gave it up.

That is my input on the gte.

It is totally cool to be excited about a new supplement. Your enthusiasm for finding any helpful aid in lifting makes you very welcome at T-Nation as far as I’m concerned.

This thread has the amazing ability to resurrect itself.

The original poster may or may not have been a salesman. Doesn’t really matter though, the stuff doesn’t work at all and this thread is extremely old so I’m sure the op has either dismissed the product or tried it then realized it was crap. So let’s just bury this article as it should be.

i am late to throw my hat in the ring on this but I have to side with the Endothil-CR. I Was skeptical at first so I just followed the training they suggest and I was still flat on all gains. I started taking it and it has given me a really nice increase. I have put on 1’2 inch on my arms and my quads are finally getting bigger.

Everything works differently for different people and all these studies are funded by less than credidible sources. It worked for me and I set out to prove it wrong more or less. I don’t take creatine or NOS or anything like that. I take Mega Man multi vit, Endothil-Cr and I drink a protien shake after I am done with some twin labs Amino liquid in it. I take a fat burner during my cutting cycles. that works too.

say what you will but I like it.

Hey just here to ask a few questions about this! I have been working out for a few years now and only been training with Proten powder because I’m going back to the Military…I heard about this Endothil and just wanted to ask questions about it just like i did about everything else in bodybuilding… Creatine steroids so on so on… and then i see this.

But I’m not to sure what to make of it is it a steroid or anabolic steroid or something compleatly diff!!! I can only use things that are natural because of the Army…and don’t need anything messing with my health or head when i’m out there!

so is this somthing natural or what is it and how does it work if it isn’t a steroid!!!..lol so under line point is what is it and how does it work? and any side effcts?

buy creatine.

I have no opinion about endothil, but in reading the thread I noticed a misinterpretation of the studies being quoted. In a research paper when you see something like “experienced a significant (p < 0.05) increase” the number in the parentheses is the threshold at which they call the change significant expressed as a probability.

Probability ranges from 0 to 1, so they are saying that the probability of the change in biceps circumference being unrelated to the supplement is less than 1 in 20.

Anyway, unless you want to study statistics and look at their data it isn’t much use to us, but it doesn’t have anything to do with the number of inches gained.
