As the title says, I’m coming off HCG monotherapy and I’m wondering when I’ll crash. It’s been over 2 weeks since my last pin and I’m feeling fine.
hCG has a half life of only about 2 days, ie latest in a week your hCG is cleared and your HPT axis should be back up again.
The endogenous T released by hCG has a half life of only 1h or so.
When you feel fine now than that’s an indication that your HPTA and T Release is working again.

Wow ok thanks, that’s good news, will be interesting once I get some bloods done.
I have also noticed a significant increase in nighttime erections and wet dreams, all good indications that the pituitary has kicked back in I’m thinking.
