Endo Prescribed Letrozole - Have My Doubts, Please help!

Hi,

My testosterone was measured too low (~200) and estradiol was 220 pmol/l. My age is 31.

My endo has prescribed Letrozole 2.5 mg EOD. However, I have my doubts after reading experiences on various forums, I have fertility concerns. Can someone please guide me if I should go ahead with my endo’s advice?

Endo assured me that he has prescribed the same doe to others with side effects only occurring in a few people. Those successful cases were able to bring their T to acceptable levels.

You’re at 59.9 pg/mL E2, which is pretty high. The proposed Letrozole dose is high as well. Though I have no experience with it, I know it is used post cycle by anabolic steroid users, but that is short term. I do not know how well it works for low T guys in the long run.

Thanks. Can anyone else also share their experience?
