End of bulk, progress stalling + fatigue and getting soft. Maintenance, cut?

Age 34

Height: 173 (5,7)
Weight: 75 >> 85kg (165 >> 187lbs)
Blood test all good (test and free test ofc high, estrogen over range but I take AI, rest is fine)

I have done a 16w bulk cycle (low dose test + ai when needed) and gained a good amount of weight and strength.

I am now however noticing diminishing returns, I feel constantly tired and almost sick + I see myself in that mid “not too fat but also not huge” phase.
Soft muscular, so to speak. If anything, I feel like I am starting to lose muscles.

I am not sure whether it’s best to

  1. Deload
  2. Transition to trt and maintain 2-4 weeks
  3. Start a slow cut (on cruise dose)

Some people also suggest to keep bulking more until you feel “big”. I definitely have more volume to add to my frame, but not sure if I should do on the next cycle.

What is the best course in this situation? Personally I was thinking a 4-8 weeks cut on cruise and reassess, but open to feedbacks.
