Quite pleased with the pulls, until I realised that they’re 80kg below my best single! Apart from that, progressing well.

Hahaha - I’m really looking forward to it. Never worked with an online coach before, and trying to make it up myself hasn’t been working for me! Mike said I’ll be starting next Sunday, so will keep this log up to date and copy it onto the RTS site.

I totalled 587.5kg @102kg this past weekend - qualified for the british champs now…things are going well!

Pleased with the squats. All the sets with 150kg were performed with very solid technique; the double with 160kg wasn’t hard in terms of weight, but my knees caved in on the second rep. I’d rather not grind out a very nasty triple, so racked it and dropped the weight.
As for the step-ups, I put a block under my heel (as per recent T-Nation article) and found that made the exercise much tougher!
