Truth be told, if this were Clinton ahead 244-209 with these states remaining, I think the tone of coverage would be quite different right now. The spin would be “Hillary’s ahead, but look how close it is!”

Instead, all of the coverage is already about President Trump.

They wouldn’t have to if they would just shut up and report instead of making things up. CNN has been surprisingly conservative in reporting style and much more palatable than I thought in comparison to the networks

I lived in Japan. Let’s talk racism and nationalism. No signs in the windows about not serving foreigners. Foreigners can rent housing here. No trucks driving around neighborhoods threatening foreigners over loudspeakers. We even have fair housing laws. No controversy over national beauty queens not being pure race. Yes, there are ways we can improve, but this isn’t the 1950s and crude language is a far cry from what Trump has been compared to. I’m simply asking that you keep things in some perspective.
