Eggs

People seriously need to get over the ridiculous fear of food affecting them in a negative way. If egg yolks don’t harm you, something else will. Just eat healthy and chill the fuck out.

and how much fish oil etc on average per week? (eggs are so cheap I just have to keep eating them in such crazy quantities)
3 grams of fish oil a day and 2 grams of CLA

Yea, I eat them to get in cost effective protein. Yea, I would rather be eating steak instead, but costs come in the way and I dont get all the red meat as I would want to.

Yeah don’t worry about it Kliplemet. I wish I had a link for you, but current research proved there’s no connection between blood cholesterol levels and dietary cholesterol intake. Your liver basically maintains cholesterol levels regardless of how much you eat - and for the average person that means 80% of it is made by the body. Eat up and enjoy!

are you sure your cholesterol is fine? I hope eating so much eggs is ok, since I sometimes eat as much a 10-12 eggs per day.
It is a myth. That is what the fascination is. The same people who usually cringe when I say I eat 8-10 whole eggs when gaining are the same ones downing doughnuts for breakfast and drinking coffee all day in place of actual food. They don’t really care that much about health. They simply heard once that “eggs will kill you” so they spread that crap just like “red meat will kill you”.

I guarantee that if you were to poll any general large business space filled with lots of people, the majority would believe that weights stunt growth and that bodybuilding itself shrinks your penis. None of this shit is based in fact. It is based in the human desire to 1)believe that certain items are the one thing that will kill them or magically save them and 2)Villify things associated with weightlifting or fitness due to a desire to make themselves feel better for not being active.

Truer words were have never been spoken.

Right on Prof X…let’s go one step further and examine the diets in a large business space and see if the egg eaters are the one’s dropping dead at 350 lbs and 120 LBM…somehow I think you’ll scarcely find an egg in their diet.
