Does anyone know the levels of egcg of green teas made using the Keurig coffee maker?
Just wondering how low the levels would be from that process or from the quiality of teas used.
I think the quality of tea used has much more of an effect on egcg, try Japanese teas mainly sencha (also eat the leaves too).
From what I’ve seen the green tea would be damaged from the high temperatures.
