How long to reach steady state when reducing dose

Hi, I’m currently at 120mg/week of testoserone cypiantae divided into three 40mg injections. I’m not feeling any benefit and want to try a higher dose. I saw another post with graphs showing it takes just over 30 days to reach a steady state. Not sure if it would be the same, just in reverse and would also be 30 days to return back to where I was. If I upped my dose to 150g/week or 180mg/week for a certain period of time and later wanted to return to my 120mg/week dose, how can I estimate wh…
